The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients in selecting skincare, makeup, and fragrance products that best suit their needs. This role ensures customer satisfaction through personalized recommendations, product knowledge, and professional service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Engage customers through effective questioning to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns
• Provide personalized recommendations on cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products
• Demonstrate proper product usage and application techniques
• Apply or assist customers in testing makeup and skincare products, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are followed
