Job summary

Caishen is seeking a Beauty Consultant to promote skincare and makeup products while delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting. You will assist customers in selecting suitable products, demonstrate usage, and offer personalized recommendations to meet their needs.

You will stay informed on product knowledge, beauty trends, and promotions, aim to achieve sales targets, and participate in events and trainings to grow expertise and contribute to store success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to learn and undergo product training.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics or skincare is an advantage but not required.
