Job summary

Beauty for U Int OPC is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Metro Manila to engage customers, provide product education, and drive sales in the cosmetics category. You will advise on skincare and makeup, process transactions, and maintain appealing displays while meeting targets.

A friendly, proactive attitude and experience in a fast-paced beauty environment are essential. Experience with makeup artistry is a plus, and candidates should be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail cosmetics or beauty is required or preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Excellent product knowledge and enthusiasm for cosmetics and skincare.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, understanding their beauty needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits and application of cosmetic products
• Provide personalised product recommendations based on individual skin types, tones and preferences
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining a positive customer experience
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
• Maintain product displays, ensuring shelving is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing
• Conduct product sampling and testers to encourage trial and increase customer confidence in purchases
• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues in a timely manner

• Stay updated on current product lines, promotions and seasonal offerings to communicate effectively with customers
