Job summary

Eyebot, headquartered in Boston, is seeking an organized shipping and logistics coordinator to manage kiosk deployments across the U.S. from our Charlestown HQ and warehouse.

You will coordinate freight, schedule installs, and ensure kiosks arrive on time and undamaged, while aligning with the vendor network and store readiness requirements. The role requires hands-on warehouse work, meticulous calendar management, and collaboration with sales, operations, and engineering to streamline launches

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or operations coordination.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with freight carriers, shipping large/heavy/fragile items (LTL or white-glove).

Responsibilities

• Ship kiosks to stores and manage freight quotes and bookings.
• Coordinate site readiness, store assessments, and installation timelines.
• Maintain master calendar for launches, shipments, installs and training.
• Warehouse staging of kiosks, parts, and accessories at Charlestown warehouse.
• Create and improve shipping procedures and vendor contacts.
