Job summary

Eyebot is seeking Field Support Specialists to serve as a local presence for our kiosk network across Missouri and Nebraska. You will visit retail locations about once a month, train staff on the Eyebot kiosk, and build strong relationships with store teams to drive kiosk utilization.

This 1099 independent contractor role covers three regional territories with travel between stores. Training begins at Eyebot's Boston headquarters, with ongoing weekly check-ins and flexible scheduling;

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, field sales, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable approaching store staff and building rapport.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and visits.
• Clear written and verbal communication; relay field observations usefully.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail locations approximately once a month to check kiosk operations and staff engagement.
• Maintain a weekly phone check-in with most locations to stay updated between visits.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers as a trusted Eyebot field contact.
• Gauge staff sentiment toward Eyebot kiosks and surface insights to the Eyebot team.
