Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a talented, creative Fashion Designer to join our young, dynamic team. You will develop fresh, commercially relevant designs for seasonal children’s collections, from concept and hand sketches to CADs, technical packs, sampling, fittings, and final styling, working closely with the Creative Director.

You will translate concepts into garments, collaborate across teams to develop color palettes, prints, and embellishments, prepare initial technical packs, and ensure fit

Qualifications

Strong eye for fashion, color, proportion, and detail.
Passion for children’s fashion.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience designing children’s clothing is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop fresh, commercially relevant designs for seasonal children's collections.
Create hand sketches and CADs, prepare tech packs, and manage fittings and styling.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Develop color palettes, prints, graphics, and embellishments for collections.
Present concepts and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Coordinate with Sample, MPCD, Visual, and Export departments.
