Qualifications

• Portfolio required showing sketches and past collections.
• Proficient in sketching and digital design using Illustrator/Photoshop/Corel.
• Knowledge of pattern-making and garment construction.
• Portfolio required with sketches and technical packs.
• No visible tattoo.
• With SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN.

Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends relevant to the Philippine market.
• Create seasonal collections aligned with the brand's vision.
• Oversee sample development and revisions until approval.
• Work closely with the merchandiser and sourcing team to ensure designs meet cost and margin requirements.
• Oversee sample development, fittings, and revisions until approval.
• Prepare detailed technical packs for production (construction details, measurements, fabric/trim specs).
• Ensure designs are commercially viable, on-trend, and produced on time.

Known for our strong presence in the ready-to-wear space, we are reinventing and refreshing our women’s collections to meet the style and comfort demands of today’s customer. We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring fresh creativity and technical expertise to help shape this next chapter.

Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes relevant to the Philippine market.
• Create seasonal collections aligned with the brand's vision and target customers.
• Develop sketches, mood boards and production programs.
• Work closely with the merchandiser and sourcing team to ensure designs meet cost and margin requirements.
• Oversee sample development, fi ttings, and revisions until approval.
• Prepare detailed technical packs for production (construction details, measurements, fabric/trim specs).
• Ensure designs are commercially viable, on-trend, and produced on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Technology, or related fi eld.
• At least 2 years of experience in women's RTW design (underwear/fashion retail background is a plus).
• Strong sketching and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel).

• Ability to balance creativity with commercial needs.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
