Job summary

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. is seeking a Key Accounts Supervisor to manage end-to-end needs of key and contestable customers, delivering personalized service across their lifecycle and supporting investor attraction in the franchise area.

You will supervise Key Account Representatives, maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients, coordinate with internal engineering departments, and oversee major programs such as the Interruptible Load Program (ILP).

Qualifications

  • Education: Electrical Engineering degree required.
  • At least two years in Customer Service or Line Services.
  • Leadership experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of key account management and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain 24/7 responsiveness to key customer needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Monitor large commercial/industrial projects and coordinate with project owners.
  • Notify customers of annual thermal scanning and transformer maintenance schedules.
  • Issue formal notifications for regulatory changes affecting the electric industry.

As aKey Accounts Supervisor, your mission will be to manage the end-to-end needs of key and contestable customers with personalized service across their entire lifecycle, directly supporting the strategy to attract more investors to the franchise area. In this role, you will supervise Key Account Representatives (KARs), maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients, coordinate with internal engineering departments, and oversee major customer service programs such as the Interruptible Load Program (ILP).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Maintain 24/7/365 responsiveness to key customer needs, establishing long-term, positive relationships with contestable and major account owners.

Monitor new large-scale commercial/industrial projects in the franchise area, initiate contact with project owners, and assist with documentation and load requirements.

Notify customers of annual thermal scanning and transformer preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring reports are delivered promptly.

Issue formal notifications for regulatory changes affecting the electric industry.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

Education:Graduate ofElectrical Engineering.

Professional Experience:At least two (2) years of experience in Customer Service or Line Services.

Leadership Experience: With prior experience in aSupervisory positionis an advantage.

Technical / Functional Skills:

Key Account & Customer Management:Advanced capability to understand complex customer needs, manage case/collection management lifecycles, and optimize cost of service delivery.

Negotiation & Sales Skills:Proven track record in negotiation techniques, identifying business expansion opportunities, and promoting corporate goodwill.

Regulatory Compliance:Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory legal requirements governing the power and electricity distribution industry.

Safety & Systems Awareness:Working knowledge of workplace electrical safety, environmental solid waste management, hazardous chemical handling, and basic asset management systems (AMS).
