Customer Service Engineer

As Customer Service Engineer, you will prepare line designs and estimates for power meter applications and customer requests to deliver reliable and efficient power to customers and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the North Davao Customer Services Department to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Prepare line designs and materials/labor cost estimates in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct field surveys, site visits, and inspections of installed meters to collect technical information and ensure they conform to company standards.
• Perform voltage correction procedures by deploying power and voltage scanners to verify and resolve customer power quality complaints.
• Coordinate with contractors, customer service, and other departments regarding power applications of large customers and work order implementation.
• Lead the implementation of the annual electricians scholarship program, oversee accreditation and performance, and ensure compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and other implemented management systems.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Demonstrates proficiency in Business Process and Tools (CRSD), including systems such as CC&B, WAM, Agila, and Google Apps (Level 3).
• Possesses strong skills in Customer Service, handling difficult customer situations, and providing feedback on metering and wiring standards (Level 3).
• Has expert capability in Distribution Utilitys Metering and Construction Standards to protect company safety, accountability, and accessibility of assets (Level 4).
• Demonstrates competency in Negotiation Skills to reach win-win outcomes that support both the customer and the company (Level 3).
• Possesses proficiency in Light Vehicle Operation and Defensive Driving to ensure safe travel during field operations (Level 3).

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (must be a Registered Electrical Engineer).
• At least 2 years of professional experience.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Basic Awareness on Safety and Health (Level 2).
• Basic Awareness on Environmental Management (Level 2).
• Knowledge of Hazardous Chemical / Materials Handling (Level 1).
• Knowledge of Electrical Safety (Level 1).
• Basic Awareness on Asset Management System (AMS) (Level 1).
