Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Key Accounts Supervisor in Quezon City to drive sales, manage expenses and inventory across defined accounts, and collaborate with merchandisers to hit targets in North Luzon markets.

You will supervise consignment stores, ensure timely restocking, maintain product presentation, and actively manage payments from Outright Accounts. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Reporting to: Key Account Manager

As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will manage sales, expenses, and inventory within a defined customer and geographic area. You will work with merchandisers in achieving target sales of our products within your assigned accounts.

Other requirements include the following:

• Effectively manages individuals/teams to optimize their productivity and engagement which includes work planning, performance management, coaching and development, and team culture management.
• Takes overall responsibility for the supervision of all consignment stores, ensuring timely restocking to consistently meet and exceed target goals which includes effective management of inventory for optimal stock levels.
• Maintains the quality and presentation of products on display, ensuring optimal stocking levels, and visual appeal.
• Actively engages in selling and collecting payments from Outright Accounts, ensuring timely and accurate account management.
