Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a sales/key accounts professional for Malabon head office with fieldwork across NCR. The role emphasizes managing major accounts, achieving sales targets, and building strong trading relationships.

The candidate should have a business-related degree, 2+ years in FMCG/manufacturing, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel and handle admin day at Malabon is required.

• With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity preferably from an FMCG or manufacturing company
• With excellent negotiation, communication & inter-personal skills
• Proficient in excel, power point presentation and can write business correspondences
• Proactive, assertive, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to do field work in different locations and do admin day at Malabon

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts like Puregold, Robinsons, SM, Waltermart, etc., and achieve sales target set by the Company with focus on placement, distribution and saturation grid.
• Establish and maintain good trade relations with key accounts.
• Negotiate with key accounts for the best trade deals for the company in terms of marketing, merchandising and distribution aimed at improving and optimizing sales and operations efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports related to key accounts management and sales performances. head office.

Work Location: Malabon Head office once a week and field work within NCR

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8am to 6:30pm compressed work week
