Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Asia seeks a motivated Key Account Manager to drive growth in our vaccine business and expand our corporate channel. You will pitch customized workplace vaccination programs and act as a trusted strategic partner to clients, ensuring flawless on-site execution of each drive.

You will engage HR leaders and safety officers, design tailored drives, build long-term relationships, manage multi-site events, and deliver post-campaign analytics demonstrating ROI and program success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven experience in Key Account Management (Industrial/Corporate Channel).
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills to close deals with industrial/corporate stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple, multi-site vaccination activities with active client engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage corporate stakeholders (HR Leaders and Health & Safety Officers) to pitch workplace vaccination programs.
• Customize vaccination drives aligned with client budget, timeline, and workforce size.
• Build long-term client loyalty and position Zuellig Pharma as their trusted partner for recurring health initiatives.
• Manage on-site vaccination activities as the primary contact during events and resolve real-time issues.
• Deliver post-campaign insights with wrap-up reports and ROI analyses to clients.
