Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead growth in our workplace vaccination programs within the corporate channel. You will engage HR leaders and health/safety officers, designing customized drives that fit client budgets and timelines.

As the primary on-site contact, you will coordinate multi-site events, deliver post-campaign analytics, and build lasting client partnerships that drive recurring health initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven experience in Key Account Management (industrial/corporate).
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills to close deals with stakeholders.
• Strong project management across multi-site vaccination activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage corporate decision-makers to pitch workplace vaccination programs.
• Design tailored vaccination drives aligned with budget, timeline, and workforce size.
• Build long-term client relationships as a trusted partner.
• Manage on-site execution and act as primary contact during live events.
• Provide post-event insights and ROI reports to clients.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to align services.
