Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is looking for a dynamic sales professional to enhance client relationships and monitor sales performance. You will play a key role in new business pitches and define strategies to maximize productivity across accounts.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three years in sales and possess strong data analysis skills. You will benefit from a permanent dayshift schedule, HMO coverage on day one, and numerous wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-year experience in sales industry.
• Experience in the financing field is an advantage.
• Basic skill in MS apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Plays an integral role in new business pitches.
• Monitor sales performances and propose action plans.
• Establish productive relationships with Brand KAC partners.
• Resolve complaints and track account processes.
• Act as the client's representative to meet demands.
• Collect and analyze consumer behavior data.
• Define strategy to increase productivity of accounts.
• Look for cooperation with manufacturers for promotions.
• Identify and maximize new opportunities within accounts.
• Create unique marketing propositions with POS Stream.

What You’ll Do

• Plays an integral role in new business pitches, hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new brands.

• Monitor sales performances and propose action plans to hit targets.

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Brand KAC partners.

• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the account’s desires

• Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience

• Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs related to account’s market.

• Define the strategy and take actions how to increase productivity of his/her accounts.

• Look for cooperation with Mobile/Electronics/Home Appliances Manufacturer and together with Marketing dept. suggest join-promotion with these manufacturers.

• Identify and maximize new opportunities from within existing accounts such as campaigns or joint marketing effort.

• Create unique marketing proposition thru new product offers with POS Stream.
  

What You Need To Have

• Minimum of 3-year experience in sales industry.

• Experience in the financing field is an advantage.

• Basic skill in MS apps (excel, PowerPoint and MS word)

• Willing to do field work
