Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Sun Valley, Philippines, is seeking a Manager, Key Accounts to drive growth in our vaccine portfolio by engaging corporate clients and delivering on-site vaccination drives. You will align with HR Leaders and Health & Safety Officers to design tailored programs and manage complex, multi-site deployments.

The role emphasizes building lasting client partnerships, coordinating logistics across events, and delivering post-campaign ROI insights to demonstrate value and secure repeat

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven Key Account Management experience in industrial/corporate channels.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills to confidently close deals with stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multi-site vaccination activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate decision-makers (HR Leaders, Health & Safety Officers) to pitch workplace vaccination programs.
• Design tailored vaccination drives aligned with client budgets, timelines and workforce size.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted partner for wellness initiatives.
• Act as primary on-site contact during live events to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Provide post-event wrap-up reports and ROI analytics to demonstrate program success.
• Oversee complete vaccination program logistics, coordinating with third-party providers and clients.
