Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Vaccines Medical Strategy.
• Support portfolio priorities and Medical Affairs objectives across the Vaccines franchise.
• Translate scientific insights and healthcare needs into actionable medical strategies.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for healthcare professionals, academic institutions, professional societies, government stakeholders, and public health organizations.
• Provide scientific oversight for medical communications, educational initiatives, evidence dissemination, and external engagement activities.
• Lead evidence-generation strategies including investigator-sponsored research and real-world evidence.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to execute portfolio priorities and drive organizational impact.
• Represent the Vaccines Medical team in regional and enterprise initiatives across markets.
