• Exposure to C# and .NET, or to mobile development for iOS or Android.
• Awareness of accessibility and secure-coding fundamentals.
• Interest in transport, logistics, or operational systems.

The Junior Web and Mobile App Developer supports the development of DAI Post’s web applications and of the new iOS and Android applications being built for customers and operational teams.

Working under guidance, the role delivers well-defined interface features, fixes, and tests to agreed standards, building foundational engineering skills alongside a core system built on C# and .NET.

The role works closely with senior developers, designers, and analysts, learning DAI Post’s standards, tools, and ways of working while steadily growing in capability and independence.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Up to two years commercial experience, or a relevant qualification with demonstrable project work.
• Basic understanding of version control and of how applications consume APIs.
• Evidence of learning capability, such as a portfolio, coursework, or personal projects.
• Clear written and spoken English, and a constructive response to feedback and guidance.
• Exposure to C# and .NET, or to mobile development for iOS or Android.
• Awareness of accessibility and secure-coding fundamentals.
• Interest in transport, logistics, or operational systems.

Working Arrangements

• Full-time role based in the Philippines, with an agreed daily overlap with Australian Eastern time.
• DAI Post managed device, multi-factor authentication, and approved development tooling are required.
• Occasional release or support activity outside standard hours, by prior agreement and in line with applicable entitlements.
• Appointment is subject to satisfactory background and reference checks.
