Job Description

Working alongside existing Part‑Time IT Systems Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our client’s IT systems. This role requires a strong understanding of software development, system integration, and IT infrastructure. Previous experience working in logistics/warehousing/FMCG industries would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Work closely with various departments to help produce reports and automation solutions
• Resolve any integration issues between our various systems & applications
• Assist with moving data/tables from Access databases to SQL Server/Pronto ERP
• Review existing process documentation and workflows and update where necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server & SSRS, along with other languages such as Python or Java
• Preferred knowledge of MS Access database, Pronto Xi ERP, SAP Crystal Reports and IBM Cognos Analytics
• Experience with system integration and IT infrastructure
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be BIR‑registered and able to provide BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration) and willing to comply with PH government tax regulations
