This is a full-time position, and you’ll be collaborating with teams based in Cebu, Manila, and other global locations as part of our growing international team.

Purpose

The PowerApps Developer builds and maintains applications and automations on Microsoft Power Platform that streamline DAI Post’s business processes.

The role delivers well-designed, secure, governed, and maintainable Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, integrating with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and operational systems to improve efficiency and data quality.

Working with the functional consultant, senior developers, and stakeholders, the role contributes to a governed, reusable, and continuously improving Power Platform practice.

Areas of Accountability

Power Platform Development

• Build canvas and model-driven apps on Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Develop Power Automate flows for process automation and integration.
• Implement custom logic, connectors, and integrations as required.
• Write maintainable, well-structured, and documented solutions.

Quality & Reliability

• Test solutions across scenarios, roles, and devices.
• Debug and resolve defects affecting performance, usability, or data integrity.

Security & Governance

• Work within Power Platform environment, DLP, and connector governance.
• Apply role-based security and least-privilege access in solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet DAI Post security and data standards.
• Partner with the functional consultant and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Provide estimates and transparent progress updates.
• Support adoption with documentation and user guidance.

Documentation & Standards

• Maintain solution documentation and configuration records.
• Contribute reusable components, templates, and patterns.
• Keep current with Power Platform capabilities and good practice.
• Identify opportunities to improve solutions and automation.

Performance & Optimisation

• Optimise app and flow performance and reliability.
• Monitor solution health and resolve issues promptly.
• Improve maintainability and reduce technical debt.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

1–3 years of experience of the same or related role.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
