Altitude Ventures, OPC is seeking a motivated Junior Van Sales Staff. The role supports daily van-selling operations, product delivery, market coverage, and customer servicing to grow sales.

It also serves as reliever for the Senior Van Salesman and ensures vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance coordination. Duties include achieving sales targets, basket selling, expanding coverage, maintaining relationships, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (or completed at least 72 college units).
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License (with restriction code 1, 2, 3).
• Must know how to drive a 6-wheel vehicle.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with local routes and areas.
• Willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets and promote products.
• Deliver products on time and ensure accurate inventory.
• Serve as reliever for the Senior Van Salesman and maintain routes.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, keep truck clean and report issues.
• Maintain customer relationships and handle concerns.
• Record daily sales and deliveries; follow route plans.

Education

Graduate of any 4-year course

Valid Driver’s License (restriction codes 1, 2, 3)

Ability to drive a 6-wheel vehicle

Honest, trustworthy and reliable

Able to work with minimal supervision
