Job summary

MoneeInsure Philippines is seeking a Junior Underwriter to develop and maintain underwriting SOPs and criteria, ensuring regulatory compliance while coordinating daily underwriting operations with local and regional teams.

You will participate in risk assessment, review applications, support system improvements through UAT, and help document controls to enhance underwriting efficiency and product experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or completed 4-year course
• 1–2 years of underwriting or related insurance operations experience
• Knowledge of underwriting principles, risk assessment, and policy terms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented
• Able to manage workloads and meet quality/turnaround targets

Responsibilities

• Review and process new business, renewals, endorsements per guidelines and SLAs
• Evaluate applications for completeness, eligibility, and compliance
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate clarifications
• Support governance, controls, and documentation for audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems
