Job summary

Retailcloud is seeking a UI/UX Designer to translate user and business requirements into intuitive interfaces for web, tablet, mobile, kiosk, POS and other digital applications. You will design wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups, maintain systems, and collaborate across product teams to deliver consistent experiences. Fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome to apply; strong emphasis on accessibility and visual quality.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in design.
Fresh graduates may be considered with relevant portfolio or projects.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.

Responsibilities

retailcloud is a cloud-based retail point of sale solution for Android and Windows that provides businesses of all sizes access to tablet, windows and phone solutions with API integration to ERP and ecommerce systems. We provide retailers a way to increase sales, better manage inventory, collect valuable data on the shopping habits of their customers. retailcloud platform consists of omni channel apps, API's, payments & analytics applications for business owners. We help small, mid & Large businesses and make retail simple.

Translate user and business requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging UI/UX solutions.

Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces and experiences for web, tablet, mobile, kiosk, POS, and other digital applications.

Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and development-ready designs.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and senior designers throughout the product lifecycle.

Contribute to and maintain Figma design systems, including components, variables, design tokens, UI libraries, standards, and documentation.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and visual design best practices.

Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, UI exploration, content creation, and prototyping without compromising quality.

Support design initiatives from discovery through delivery and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

Support developer handoff, design QA, and continuous iteration based on feedback and business objectives.

Participate in prototype testing, capture insights, and incorporate findings into design iterations.

Support proposal decks, presentations, and other business facing design materials

Create marketing graphics, social media creatives, presentations, icons, and other visual assets when required.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in design.
Relevant portfolio, internship, academic, or personal project experience may be considered for fresh graduates.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.
Knowledge of creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Good understanding of graphic design principles including typography, layout, imagery, color, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Working knowledge of design systems, reusable components, variables, design tokens, and UI libraries.
Understanding of responsive design principles across web, tablet, and mobile.
Basic understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and prompt-driven design workflows.
Ability to use AI tools for ideation, research, UI exploration, content creation, prototypes, and design iteration.
Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping/development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Codex, Stitch, Figma Make or similar tools.
Ability to produce experience workflows and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate and test ideas.
Strong attention to detail, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Openness to feedback and comfort working in a fast, iterative design process.
Curiosity about generative AI and AI-assisted creation workflows.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design work.
