Job summary

WebMobTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a UI/UX & Graphic Designer to craft engaging digital experiences across websites, mobile apps, and web apps.

You will work across UI/UX design, graphic design, user research, wireframes, prototyping, branding, and content creation, collaborating with product, development, QA, and marketing teams, while gaining exposure to AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
• AI-powered design workflows and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design standards for web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for websites, mobile apps, and web apps.
• Translate project requirements into user-centric design solutions.
• Conduct user research, competitor research, market research, and trend analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and follow brand guidelines and UI conventions.
• Collaborate with product, development, QA, and marketing teams through the design and development process.
• Maintain design components, styles, and visual consistency across products.
• Produce marketing assets including logos, banners, infographics, and social media creatives.

About the Role

The UI/UX & Graphic Designer role offers an opportunity to work on creative digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, and web applications.

You’ll work across UI/UX design, graphic design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, branding, and visual content creation. You’ll also gain exposure to AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies, while collaborating with product, development, QA, and marketing teams to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• MUST have hands-on knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
• AI-savvy with a strong interest in AI tools, AI-powered design workflows, and emerging AI technologies.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and design standards for websites, mobile applications, and web applications.
• Knowledge of UX processes, including user research, competitor analysis, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to create responsive and user-friendly designs for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
• Knowledge of logo design, banners, brochures, infographics, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
• Ability to use AI design and productivity tools to explore concepts, generate ideas, improve workflows, and accelerate the design process.
• Good understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color, spacing, grids, hierarchy, and consistency.
• A creative mind with innovative ideas and the ability to think from both user and business perspectives.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, design trends, and AI innovations.
• Passion for UI/UX, graphic design, product design, and emerging design technologies.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to understand industry trends, user behavior, competitors, and the latest design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain design components, styles, and visual consistency across different products and platforms.
• Create graphic design elements including logos, banners, infographics, brochures, social media creatives, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
• Use AI tools and AI-assisted workflows for design exploration, ideation, research, content generation, image creation, prototyping, and improving overall design efficiency.
• Explore and evaluate new AI tools, design technologies, plugins, and workflows that can improve the quality and speed of the design process.
• Participate in usability testing and feedback sessions, identify UX issues, and iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, responsive behavior, and platform-specific UI conventions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI technologies, design tools, and industry best practices.
• Prepare design presentations and communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support the team in creating high-quality visual and marketing assets, including video and motion-based content when required.
