Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a Technical Writer to maintain Help Center articles and release documentation for assigned product teams, ensuring accuracy and clarity for customers and our AI support agent.

The role involves publishing reviewed content, creating knowledge notes for releases, and collaborating with product teams to craft clear product copy. You will use AI tools to boost output while preserving quality and must thrive in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills for customer-focused content.
• Ability to structure information across Help Center articles and release notes.
• Familiarity with Agile development and quick learning.
• Exposure to a headless CMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and archive Help Center articles for assigned product teams with an experienced peer.
• Publish Help Center articles after review.
• Create a knowledge note for each release detailing changes, context, and links.
• Work on product copy for assigned product teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Learning Specialists to develop courses for the product area.
• Use approved AI tools daily to increase output while maintaining quality, and flag gaps to leads.
• Contribute to internal documentation and team projects.
