Job summary

Mitt i by SafetyCulture is building tools that scale across global frontline workforces, with a hybrid Manila-based team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate Help Center and release documentation for multiple product teams, ensuring content is clear and customer-friendly.

As part of the content team, you’ll collaborate with peers and stakeholders to publish quality articles, update knowledge notes for releases, and contribute to product copy while leveraging approved AI tools to boost

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
• Strong ability to organize information across Help Center articles, release notes, and product copy.
• Experience in agile development environments or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and archive Help Center articles for assigned product teams with a peer review.
• Publish Help Center articles after review.
• Create knowledge notes for each release including changes, context, and visuals.
