Job summary

Appficiency, a leading ERP and cloud services firm, seeks a Junior Solutions Architect to learn designing cloud‑based NetSuite solutions and translate business needs into technical outcomes.

You will work with experienced architects and consultants, exploring ERP, AI, and enterprise systems while building your skills in solution delivery in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome or 1–2 years as a software developer/engineer.
• Strong interest in R&D, AI, ERP systems and emerging tech.
• Foundational programming knowledge in PHP/Java/JS/Python; eager to learn ERP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in designing and delivering NetSuite‑based solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering to understand client processes.
• Help with solution blueprints, data maps and integration outlines.
• Learn NetSuite configuration and basic customization; assist data preparation.
• Contribute to testing, validation and UAT coordination.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre‑sales, product and QA teams throughout projects.

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced architects and consultants to understand client needs, analyze business processes, and explore how technology can improve performance and efficiency. You’ll be exposed to best practices in ERP, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise systems while developing the skills needed to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.

A successful Junior Solutions Architect is eager to learn and comfortable asking questions. You enjoy reviewing requirements, reports, and system artifacts, and you’re motivated to understand how software can solve business problems. With guidance, you’ll help demonstrate how Appficiency’s solutions address customer needs and contribute ideas that improve how our products and services are delivered.

You’ll collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams—especially in R&D initiatives—using customer insights to support solution improvements and help shape the evolution of our existing and future offerings. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about technology, ERP systems, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment.

The Commitment

• Support senior architects in designing and delivering business solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand client processes and technical needs.
• Assist with solution blueprints, workflows, data maps, and integration outlines.
• Learn and support NetSuite configuration, basic customization, and data preparation.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and UAT coordination.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, product, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help document technical specs, process flows, and best practices.
• Support go-live and post-implementation activities with guidance.
• Actively engage in learning ERP, AI-driven solution enhancements, and Appficiency R&D frameworks.
• Research new tools and techniques that can enhance solution delivery.
• Assist in creating internal documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.

The Essentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, or similar technical role.
• Strong passion for Research & Development (R&D) and a keen interest in AI, ERP systems, and emerging technologies.
• Foundational programming knowledge (e.g., PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar) with an eagerness to expand into enterprise platforms.
• Interest in learning ERP concepts, business process design, and solution architecture (NetSuite experience not required).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new systems and frameworks.
• Amenable to working on EST hours (night shift) to support clients and global teams.
