Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support senior architects in designing and delivering NetSuite-driven solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams—especially in R&D initiatives—using customer insights to support solution improvements and help shape the evolution of our existing and future offerings. The Commitment

• Support senior architects in designing and delivering business solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand client processes and technical needs.
• Assist with solution blueprints, workflows, data maps, and integration outlines.
• Learn and support NetSuite configuration, basic customization, and data preparation.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and UAT coordination.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, product, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help document technical specs, process flows, and best practices.
• Support go-live and post-implementation activities with guidance.
• Actively engage in learning ERP, AI-driven solution enhancements, and Appficiency R&D frameworks.
• Research new tools and techniques that can enhance solution delivery.
• Assist in creating internal documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.

The Essentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with 1-2 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, or similar technical role.
• Strong passion for Research & Development (R&D) and a keen interest in AI, ERP systems, and emerging technologies.
• Foundational programming knowledge (e.g., PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar) with an eagerness to expand into enterprise platforms.
• Interest in learning ERP concepts, business process design, and solution architecture (NetSuite experience not required).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new systems and frameworks.
