Role Overview: Junior Software Engineer (Full Stack + Mobile)

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Development:
Build and enhance web and mobile features using React (web) and React Native (mobile) . Support backend development using Python (FastAPI / Flask) or Node.js . Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that aligns with project goals.

Testing & Debugging:
Help identify, troubleshoot, and fix software bugs. Participate in testing (unit, integration, and manual) to ensure high performance and reliability across platforms.

Collaboration & Code Quality:
Work closely with other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and sprint meetings. Follow best practices in version control, documentation, and software design.

Learning & Growth:
Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices across frontend, backend, and mobile. Take feedback constructively and apply it to improve your craft.

Documentation & Support:
Contribute to project documentation, READMEs, and internal wikis. Help create or update guides that support both technical and non-technical users.

Team Contribution:
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features. Contribute ideas during planning sessions to improve user experience and system performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience through bootcamps or hands-on projects.

Core Skills:

Experience with React for frontend development.

Basic experience or strong interest in mobile app development using React Native.

Familiarity with Python for backend or API development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django preferred).

Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and API integration.

Knowledge of Git/GitHub and collaborative coding workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or modern UI frameworks.
• Experience deploying or testing on cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, or similar).
• Interest in veterinary, medical, or IoT-driven health applications.
