Job summary
UPSG PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics/trading professional to execute physical trades, manage contract documentation, and coordinate with suppliers and terminals. The role requires strong MS Excel skills, experience with trading/ETRM systems, and the ability to liaise in English and Chinese.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Shipping or Supply Chain is required.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory for liaising with associates.
- Proven ability to manage a small team and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with trading/ETRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute physical trades by inventory and cargo discharge.
- Capture deal information accurately in trading books.
- Prepare and draft sales and purchase contracts with counterparties.
- Coordinate with suppliers and terminals on vessel clearance and loading plans.
- Coordinate with surveyors and port agents on cargo readiness and vessel movements.
- Calculate demurrage, other costs, and payments.
- Prepare cargo insurance declarations and maintain documentation.
- Perform general document updating and filing.
- Fulfil other duties as assigned by management.
