KEANLORD HARDWARE CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Junior or Senior Mechanic for a full-time role based in Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, and ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• Certification or formal qualification in automotive mechanics or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Senior level: 5+ years in automotive repair and maintenance; Junior: 1–3 years or completed trades training.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing devices.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, components and repair procedures.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and service bulletins.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles including engine diagnostics, oil changes, filter replacements and fluid checks.
• Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical issues and determine repair solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex problems using diagnostic equipment.
• Assemble, disassemble and repair components including transmissions, brakes and suspensions.
• Perform welding, fabrication and restoration work as required.
• Maintain detailed records of work and parts used.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality requirements.
• Senior mechanics may mentor junior staff, conduct quality checks and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with customers to explain repair needs and maintenance recommendations.

About the role

KEANLORD HARDWARE CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Junior or Senior Mechanic to join our automotive trades team. This is a full-time position based in Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite. As a mechanic, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring that vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our customers receive reliable, professional service. Whether you're at the junior or senior level, you will be instrumental in delivering quality mechanical work and contributing to the success of our automotive division.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including engine diagnostics, oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks

• Inspecting vehicles to identify mechanical issues and determining appropriate repair solutions

• Troubleshooting complex mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment

• Assembling, disassembling, and repairing vehicle components including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems

• Performing welding, fabrication, and restoration work as required

• Maintaining detailed records of work completed and parts used

• Ensuring all work meets safety standards and company quality requirements

• If at senior level: mentoring and supervising junior mechanics, conducting quality checks, and providing technical guidance

• Collaborating with customers to explain repair needs and maintenance recommendations

What we're looking for

• Certification or formal qualification in automotive mechanics or equivalent hands-on experience

• For Senior Mechanics: 5+ years of professional experience in automotive repair and maintenance

• For Junior Mechanics: 1-3 years of experience or recent completion of automotive trades training
