Autokid Mobility Solutions Philippines Inc.—Bulacan on-site Lead Mechanic role requiring 3–5 years as a mechanic and 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity. TESDA Automotive Servicing NC I–IV and EV Training are highly preferred. The position is full-time with health insurance and growth opportunities.

The Lead Mechanic will oversee daily workshop operations, ensure quality repair and maintenance of vehicles, and supervise a team of mechanics to uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a mechanic in automotive or truck maintenance.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead mechanic role.
• TESDA National Certificate I, II, III, or IV in Automotive Servicing (highly preferred).
• Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Certificate holder (highly preferred).

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Mechanic is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring quality repair and maintenance of vehicles, and supervising a team of mechanics. This role ensures efficiency, safety, and high service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience as a mechanic in automotive or truck maintenance
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead mechanic role
• TESDA National Certificate I, II, III, or IV in Automotive Servicing (highly preferred)
• Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Certificate holder (highly preferred)

KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and suspension
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and preventive maintenance procedures
