Job summary

TECHNOSERVE CO., INC. (FORMERLY TECHNOSERVE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.) is seeking a Project Scheduler/Planners to assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.

The role will require close collaboration with site construction teams and multiple engineering disciplines. The candidate should have 2+ years in project control/scheduling, a degree in engineering, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Project, with Primavera P6 as a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction/project control/scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related) required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and MS Project; Primavera P6 is a strong advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Collect daily/weekly progress updates and input into master schedule.
• Identify critical path activities and develop recovery plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and S-curves.

Job Description

• Schedule Development: Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
• Progress Tracking: Gather daily and weekly progress updates from the site construction teams and input data into the master schedule.
• Delay Analysis: Identify critical path activities, spot potential schedule slippages, and help develop recovery plans.
• Reporting: Prepare clear and accurate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves for project management and clients.
• Coordination: Work closely with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure all activity sequences align.
• Documentation: Maintain proper logs of schedule revisions, baseline changes, and historical project data.

Qualification

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry (e.g., infrastructure, oil & gas, power, or industrial plants) preferably working in project control and/or scheduling areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Project is required. Working knowledge or experience with Primavera P6 is a strong advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, above average interpersonal relationship, adept to receiving and giving both positive and negative feedback, good listener, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Indonesia for the duration of the contract.
