Job summary

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage and grow the sales force in the Santa Clara area, Bulacan. You will recruit, train, and mentor the team, set ambitious targets, and ensure delivery of revenue goals through strategic planning and effective CRM usage.

Responsibilities include forecasting, performance assessment, and process improvements, while fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment to drive profitability and brand growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in sales
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
• Good leadership skills
• Good negotiation skills and secure profitable agreements
• Experience setting sales goals
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• In-depth understanding of CRM systems and best practices
• Mastery of Microsoft Office
• Preferably in the Petfood industry or at least in the food industry; distribution and sales/marketing strategy to promote brands
