Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of RPG programming language and syntax.
• Understanding of database concepts and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with IBM System i (iSeries) environment or similar legacy systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Preferred experience with IBM tools such as SEU, RDi, or Code for i.
• Preferred exposure to application integration and API development.
• Preferred familiarity with version control systems and agile development practices.

Responsibilities
