Qualifications

• Experience or training in software QA/testing
• Basic understanding of QA principles and processes
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like Jira/Linear/Trello
• Understanding of SDLC concepts
• Strong attention to detail and methodical testing approach
• Ability to follow test cases and reproduce issues
• Clear written and spoken English communication

Responsibilities

• Perform basic smoke testing on new builds and releases
• Execute test cases across web and mobile apps
• Identify and document bugs with steps to reproduce
• Re-test resolved issues to confirm fixes
• Perform basic regression testing
• Test common user flows for usability issues
• Collaborate with developers and QA to clarify requirements
• Assist with testing Release Candidate builds before launch
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or tickets professionally
• Investigate customer-reported issues and reproduce problems
