Job summary

ATLANTIC GRAINS INC. in Laguna, Philippines, seeks a Junior QA Analyst to monitor raw materials, in‑process products and finished goods for compliance with food safety and quality standards.

You will conduct laboratory testing, document results and support audits within the Food Safety Management System. The ideal candidate has a science degree and 1–2 years in QA or laboratory testing in food manufacturing, with knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP and GLP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of QA or laboratory testing experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of lab testing procedures and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality of raw materials, in‑process products and finished goods.
• Perform laboratory testing and calibrate/verify equipment.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Prepare COAs, pre‑shipment samples and quality documentation.
• Support FSMS, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP and related regulatory programs.
• Participate in audits and maintain GLP and quality records.
• Operate and update electronic quality management systems.
