Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw materials, ingredients, and finished product samples from the Feed Mill plant.
• Analyze additives or related samples for evaluation and development.
• Record all results in log sheets or record books.
• Notify QA/Supervisor of any results deviating from specifications for corrective action.
• Conduct mycotoxin and microbiological testing.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Ensure proper operation and calibration of lab instruments.
• Prepare reagents and conduct standardization per quality plan.
• Support documentation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
