Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology or related degree.

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support QA Manager to implement food safety programs.
• Maintain food safety knowledge through ongoing training.
• Monitor swab tests for employees and surfaces.
• Conduct water testing to ensure chlorine levels.
• Generate reports on swab test and air quality results.
