Job summary

Relay Human Cloud is hiring a Junior Property Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations using Yardi across a diverse property portfolio. This entry-level role offers exposure to accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.

You will work with property managers and leasing teams to resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, and assist with audits. Onsite night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in an accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and real estate financial reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with property managers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Willingness to work onsite and on a fixed night shift.

Responsibilities
