Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Project Engineer to join our global HVACR technology team. The role focuses on pre-sales support, technical quoting, and project execution, with emphasis on collaboration across sales, engineering, and field resources.

You will assist in evaluating customer requirements, analyzing product design, and supporting pilots and training. A background in electronics or mechanical engineering and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred, with a hybrid work arrangement and

Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project management, or process improvement like automation.
Preferably Electronics or Mechanical Engineering graduate.
Experience collaborating with sales and engineering teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales team and senior project engineers to understand and quantify customer requirements.
Participate in pre-sales meetings and respond to RFI/RFP elements.
Support in researching options and requesting quotes for components or custom products.
Provide technical support during pilot implementations and training sessions.
Document and maintain project forms, drawings, and commissioning records.
