Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize product requirements and feedback.
• Coordinate with engineering and design for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for product related projects.
• Conduct basic user and competitor research.
• Monitor product metrics and report updates.
• Help prepare product documentation and release notes.
• Support internal teams with product concerns.
• Support compliance requirements such as BIR, data privacy, and internal audit.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
