Job summary

WorkspaceCMS builds and runs websites for small businesses. Our onboarding role guides customers from signup to a live site, handling emails and the domain switch on launch day.

This is a junior role with training on our tools and processes. You need clear written English, comfort with websites and AI tools, and availability for US business hours.

You will coordinate onboarding by email, QA new builds, respond to tickets, and keep each account’s status current in the dashboard for the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or technical support.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiar with websites, domains, forms, and CMS basics.
• Experience with AI tools, especially Claude.
• Willing to learn DNS basics.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding by email and collect build assets.
• QA new website builds and report fixes.
• Answer support tickets and emails, with clear replies.
• Provide DNS support on launch day.
• Work with AI tools to draft replies and summarise threads.
• Maintain account status in the dashboard.
