Job summary

SONAK CORPORATION in Muntinlupa is seeking a Junior IT Software Specialist (SAP) to support SAP implementation and ongoing maintenance. You will provide daily SAP application support to business users and assist in SAP SD and MM processes.

Responsibilities include configuring sites, vendor data management, PO processing, CAR integration with S/4HANA, FI integration, SAP GUI and Fiori troubleshooting, testing, and training end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team.

As a Junior IT Software Specialist (SAP), you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems.

• Provide daily SAP application support to business users.
• Support SAP SD and MM Retail processes, including but not limited to:
• Site creation, configuration and maintenance
• Vendor master data management and related transactions
• Purchasing activities and Purchase Order (PO) processing
• Support SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) processes and its integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Understand and support SAP Finance (FI) integration, including G/L, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) impacts of transactions.
• Support, and troubleshoot SAP GUI and SAP Fiori applications.
• Investigate and resolve SAP-related issues; coordinate with SAP support teams or external
• vendors as required. Analyze recurring incidents to identify underlying problems.
• Assist in SAP user access management, including role creation and authorization support.
• Participate in system testing, documentation, and continuous system improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on system usage, best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Other duties that may be assigned.
