Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with Cisco devices, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and basic network security. CCNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in network engineering or network administration.
• Cisco certification (CCNA or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco devices (routers and switches).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and hardware issues.
• Assist in installing and configuring LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and identify issues before they affect operations.
• Perform basic network security and access-control configurations.
• Assist with network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and reports.
• Provide technical support for network-related concerns and incidents.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers when resolving issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and other network-related tasks.
