Job summary

Microgenesis Business Systems in Cebu City is seeking a network engineering professional to install and deploy routers, switches, wireless access points, firewall/ next-generation firewall/IPS, and related equipment. You will provide on-site and remote support, prepare technical reports, and deliver product demonstrations to clients.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Computer Science/Information Technology and possess 6 months to 2

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 6 months to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation/ deployment of routers, switches, wireless access points, firewall/ next-generation firewall/IPS, and related products.
• Provide telephone, e-mail and on-site technical support on IT networking products and solutions.
• Prepare account technical reports and conduct account technical meetings.
• Conduct product and technical sales presentations.
• Responsible for follow-up services or problem escalation as needed.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress in the performance of work and in dealing with customers.
