Job summary

Microgenesis Business Systems in Cebu City, Philippines seeks an IT Networking Engineer to install and deploy routers, switches, wireless APs, firewalls, and related network products. You will also support customers via phone, email, and on-site visits, and prepare technical reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT, 6 months to 2 years of experience, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Prepare account technical reports and conduct account technical meetings.
• Conduct product and technical sales presentations.
• Responsible for conducting follow-up services or problem escalation.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress in the performance of work and in dealing with customers.

Including other products as may be assigned by management.

• Provide telephone, e-mail and on-site technical support (whichever is most appropriate) on IT networking products, IT networking solutions and related hardware and software products. Including other products as may be assigned by management.

• Prepare account technical reports and conduct account technical meetings.
