Responsibilities

Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
Support network security, performance monitoring, incident resolution, and infrastructure upgrades.
Develop basic Python scripts for network automation and routine administrative tasks.
Maintain network documentation, IP records, topology diagrams, SOPs, and incident reports.
Coordinate with IT teams and campus departments to provide effective network support.
