Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or JNCIA are beneficial.
• Entry level experience in networking and basic security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
• Support ensuring network configurations follow best practices.
• Collaborate with network team to monitor performance, availability, and security.
• Help identify and address network issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation and diagrams.
