• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specs and BIM models.
• Develop BOQs in line with POMI/NRM/CESMM standards.
• Support tender submissions and cost planning with accurate measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, reports, and BIM models across all project stages.
• Measure all construction elements including external works, structural steel, and site works.
• Prepare and develop BOQs in accordance with POMI and related standards.
