• Provide customer service to advertisers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Offer solutions to advertiser inquiries to meet wait times.
• Analyze keywords, titles, descriptions, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow advertiser accounts.
• Suggest process improvements to grow portfolio revenue.
• Build professional online advertising campaigns for customers.
• Perform any other duties to support quality management and operations.

What is your mission?

• Provide customer service to a portfolio of advertisers through phone and email, to provide customer satisfaction and streamline issues as appropriate.
• Offer solutions to the advertiser inquiries to meet customer wait times.
• Develop and analyze keywords, titles, description, bidding strategies for potential customers to maximise results, drive volume and hit targets on their advertising accounts in order to maximise ROI when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow the account of the advertiser by improving performance and investment, including cross selling, to meet revenue targets.
• Proactively give suggestions to improve the processes and grow the portfolio revenue.
• To build a professional online advertising campaign for the customers.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
